Transformational change, led human first.

I design and guide large change journeys for organizations navigating complex, human-centred transformation. The work is grounded in the study of how humans behave in organizations, and it runs from strategy through implementation, including the messy middle where change actually happens or doesn’t.

Systemic change

Strategy through implementation, for transformations too large for any one team to hold.

Coaching

Leaders and teams, through the mindset and behaviour shifts real change requires.

Facilitation

Hard conversations and complex group work, held with structure and care.

Communication

Narrative and key messages as core change infrastructure. How a change gets explained is part of whether it lands.

How people show up is shaped by what surrounds them. Change the system, and the rest moves.

When something goes wrong in a group, I look at the conditions that produced it rather than grading the people caught inside it. I’ve spent decades watching how people actually move through change, and I connect what I see to cultural theory and neuroscience research. That’s what moves a recommendation from opinion to call to action.
